Elizabeth begins to change her reckless behavior and the bad attitude to prepare her students for the state exam. An envious teacher named Amy seeks evidence to prove that Elizabeth has cheated on the exams.

She drinks takes marijuana, shows movies in her class and sleeps in there the whole time. Only when her wealthy boyfriend dumps her, she needs her job back. She seeks to gain ground over the affection of a young teacher Scott (Justin Timberlake). But the gym teacher, Russell (Jason Segel) has already a deep interest in Elizabeth. Elizabeth understands that she needs to enlarge her breasts to draw in that new teacher. But she doesn't have enough money for the surgery. She starts to wash cars after her course of studies. But all her exploits are not plenty. Elizabeth knows that the teacher with the highest grade will win $5700 bonus. So she starts to take her classes seriously. Meanwhile, she makes friends with the gym instructor, because Scott is with another woman teacher. Later, Elizabeth steals the state test answers for the best teacher's exam. Later on a month, Elizabeth wins the bonus. Amy, the woman teacher who is dating with Scott doesn't like Elizabeth at all. She finds out Elizabeth's secret and tries to expose it. But Elizabeth cheats with her by secretly put his drugs into Amy's drawer. The state police come and spotted Amy for drugs. Afterward, Amy has been moved to the county's worst school. Elizabeth goes over everything and having a relationship with Russell. She is now a good and an ideal teacher in the school.
